“Straddie” Half Day Tours

Times and details of your Half Day Tour of “Straddie”

• Upon booking we will decide on the best time to go because of the tides
• We will then pick you all up from your Island accommodation (or water taxi terminal in Dunwich)
• We drive the full circle of the Northern section of the Island to experience the best vantage points
• During our drive around we will stop off for a “Cuppa” and some Aussie Damper at an ideal location
• Drive through the Blue Lake National Park to Main Beach stop on beach for photos & “Pippy” digging
• From June to November we spot the majestic Humpback Whales from this beach
• On Flinders Beach we drive to Amity Point where we have a couple of resident Koalas to see
• History at Amity and then head back to your Island accommodation at about 3 to 3.5 hours later.

What to bring:

• Sunscreen of your choice
• Sunglasses and a hat
• Binoculars
• Camera
• A BIG SMILE!
