How to get here to join us from the Mainland:
If you want to be independent and are coming from Brisbane we ask you to catch the 08:55 am water taxi from Emmett Drive in Cleveland. So this is what you need to do!
For people who are travelling across to Straddie for the day!
For people already on Straddie, we will pick you up from your Island accommodation 08:15 am and then go to the water taxi terminal in Dunwich to meet the others coming across by boat from Cleveland. We all start the tour from here! Ros from New Zealand wrote:
Hi Dave Thank you for a lovely day on Straddie. Everyone enjoyed the days outing very much and we really enjoyed everyone's company too and the beautiful weather. Thank you also for the birthday cake and for playing along with the surprise, it all turned out as I had hoped for and more. Best wishes to yourself and continued success for your business. My boyfriend and I toured Straddie with Dave in 2009, while I was in Oz visiting my fella for the first time. We had a wonderful day--the island is beautiful, lunch was delicious, and the Thelanders could not have been more awesome. Now my fella and I are married, and I know we will go back to Straddie someday. I can't recommend Kingfisher Tours enough!

Hi David I have been meaning to write for some time to thank you for a great day on over the Easter holidays. We all had a great time, all the kids were excited but shattered although they did bounce back the following day for the surfing lesson with Murray. I have just received the photos from our friends in the UK and there are some great shots of our day with you. We are looking forward to the next set of guests from the UK who have the time to spend a day on Straddie and we will give you a call. thanks again Chris You never know when kangaroos are going to cross your path.
