This is when you get to drive your 4WD vehicle on sand and we take away the worries of you getting bogged.
We give you instruction on how to drive in sand so it builds your confidence and knowledge to allow you to go where you like in your future adventures. Come and enjoy a GREAT day out and experience this wonderful Island Paradise and know you are completely safe following our Experienced Tour guides. Test out your own vehicle and get to know what it will actually do and ...what it won’t do... We give you expert advise to increase your confidence in sand driving. Morning tea of Aussie damper and billy tea is provided at one of the lakes and we get to 4WD along Main beach as well as Flinders Beach where we settle down for our famous BBQ on the beach for lunch. containing Aussie beef sausages, garden salad and apricots, rice, beetroot and a fruit drink. The tour takes a good 6 hours to complete and runs inconjunction with our 4WD Eco Tour (Island Pick up). How to get your vehicle to Straddie from Cleveland. We will give you all the finer details when you book via email so don't worry about a thing! But the Big Red Cat is the vehicular ferry you will need to book on and it leaves from Emmett Drive in Cleveland. Cleveland is a Bayside suburb of Brisbane.
